Ace Saltwater Sanitizing System
Soaking in the hot water of your spa relaxes both body and mind especially after a hard day’s work. That assumes, of course, that you are not worrying if your water is clean, or if you poured in the right amount of chlorine, ozone, or hydrogen peroxide. With an Ace Saltwater Sanitizing System, you can kiss your worries away.
The Ace system uses a special diamond electrode, a small amount of salt, and the spa’s own water to create your own water sanitizers and cleaners. The electrode breaks down water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. Oxygen, of course, is a most effective natural cleaner and once separated from hydrogen, it begins to clean up the rest of the water. Combining with salt, the active oxygen converts into chlorine, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, or MPS, the last depending on the presence of pH down in the water.
The process is fully automated. The system comes with a control panel mounted on the spa. Once you have added salt, all you have to do is set the size of your spa and its use level. The system will automatically control the electrode and generate only the required amount of sanitizers needed to keep the spa water at its optimum cleanliness. You will, however, need to check sanitizer levels especially if you are just beginning to use the system, or if there are changes in your usage level.
Once you have established your precise usage level and set the Ace Saltwater Sanitizing System accordingly, you should be getting only the precise amount of sanitizers. This leads to less water changes, which, in turn, means less expense.
Apart from the advantage of not having to manually measure and pour sanitizers into the spa, which could easily lead to under or overdosing, you also do not need to continually purchase the chemicals, saving both time and money.
The Ace system is not universally adapted to work with all hot tubs. You will need to confirm with the manufacturers if it works with yours.
