This is possible with the Pool Jam Waterproof Wireless Speaker Set. This is made of a white spherical speaker set that is divided in the middle with a black wedge making it look like Pac-Man. It floats on water so you can have it right before you as you soak in the tub. Buttons on the sphere allow you to turn it on or off and to adjust its volume while in the water. Audio quality is excellent with its clear sounds and deep bass.
The speaker receives audio signal from a wireless transmitter where your iPod can be docked. For you non-compatible iPod models or other MP3 players, CD players, computer, or stereo set you can use the 3.5 mm audio jack on the transmitter for connection. You can even watch your wide screen TV from a safe and dry distance and still hear everything it is saying through the Pool Jam speaker. Indeed, the transmitter is sufficiently powerful to broadcast its signal up to 150 feet.
In the event that there are several signals being broadcast using the same frequency as the transmitter, the floating speaker, with is built-in scan system, will pick up the strongest signal. If you do not want to listen to these other broadcasts, you can simply change the frequencies in the transmitter and speaker.
